If I'm reading this right, the first one you list is called Multi-Probiotic 400 and it contains:
B. Bifidum 275 Million CFU�
Bifidobacterium longum 275 Million CFU
L. Acidophilus 1.150 Billion CFU�
L. Rhamnosus 1.150 Billion CFU�
L. Rhamnosus (Type B, Bifidus) 775 Million CFU�
Proprietary Blend 215 mg.: FOS (fruitooligosaccharides), and Ulmus fulva (inner bark)�
S Thermophilus 150 Million CFU�
S. Lactis 275 Million CFU

The second one you list is called M�lkesyrebakterier "Probiotic Blend" and it contains:
Bifidobacterium Longum 250 Million CFU�
BioMos (Mannan oligosaccharide complex) 50 mg�
Dahulin PB (Dahlia inulin Juice complex) 150mg�
Lactobacillus Acidophilus 250 Million CFU
Lactobacillus Casei 124 Million CFU�
Lactobacillus Salivarius 120 Million CFU

It's my understanding the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Acidophilus are particularly important, so I'd go with the first one since it has more of both. The first also contains 7 different strains, while the second one contains 4. (It also looks like the first one is more than twice as expensive as the second one.
