So if you're like me and find that any kind of wheat bread turns you into a balloon on legs, try Food for Life's brown rice bread. I'm addicted to it. It's sweetened with fruit juice and looks like white bread. It's in the freezer section of my health foods store. Makes great toast! -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
