The same kind of thing happens to me. If I don't go enough, I worry about what's coming. Because I just KNOW it's coming! I usually just try to slam myself with lots of peppermint/fennel and eat extra safe, to try to head it off. Sometimes it works, sometimes it works just a little (no full-out attacks).
