Oh yeah I eat additional SF, along with SFS too, as per
Heather's instructions. Like last night I had a tortilla
with zuc's,shiitake shrooms, and a bit of cherry tomatos,
which are IF, but there was just a bit for taste. Also a
piece of fresh French bread batard and a cup of peas. I
ate the inside of the potato first, the tort second, bread
third, peas fourth, and finally the potato skins, and I
felt fine afterwards. An hour later for desert I pureed
a cup of blackberries in some Creamy Vanilla Soy Delicious
"ice cream" and some vanilla rice milk, and ate that.Very
tasty! After that, a cup of Heather's peppermint tea. -Bob
