I'm 29 weeks into my pregnancy and so far, I've only had trouble with C during the hormonal increases (from 1st to 2nd tri and from 2nd tri to 3rd). What has been easiest for me to tolerate is a lot of fruit... including the peels. I generally eat 5-6 servings of fruit per day. I've also been successful with eating fiber rich cereal in the morning (I started out with Grape Nuts, but currently it's multi-grain Cheerios).
