What IBD do you have? It's very important to get that treated with the appropriate meds btw.
Have you had a celiac test? Have you been tested for gluten or wheat intolerance if that came back negative? And are you new to drinking soy milk? They're all things that spring to mind with what could be "wrong" with your breakfast. Soy milk needs to be introduced slowly as the body needs to produce different enzymes for it, so it needs some acclimitisation or you'll get gas.
I recommend Immodium. You can still work out your triggers on it - just without the major D symptoms! And you know what's wrong with you already, it's not like you might just have gastric flu or something, is it?
