I was having foul gas so I figured I wasn't eliminating enough. I was taking Citrucel tablets and my problems got worse. I even tried to quit coffee and it got worse still. I was having chronic foul gas and going to the bathroom less and less. When I went it was thin and sludge like. I decided I needed a cleanse and probiotic. I have started using dr.natura colonix system several days ago and I seem to have improvements already. I am not affiliated with this product but have received good results so far. If anyone is interested I will post honestly my progress with this stuff to see if it keeps working. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
