Heather does not tell people not to eat IF, only time you should avoid it all together is when you are having an attack. The impt. thing to remember is you should have a SF base meal before you eat IF. I would never eat fresh fruit or veggies without eating a meal first. That is why I eat IF with my oatmeal because oatmeal is SF. Eating dried cranberries or raisins with oatmeal not only adds flavor, but it is enough to help me get things moving internally. I hope I'm clear about the IF. Also that is why SFS is great for most IBS'ers, because it provides the soluble base before eating. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
