I'm definitely going to call the restaurant tomorrow and see re: dairy in various things, fat content if I can etc. I don't usually eat chicken but that's only a personal preference thing, not an IBS thing so I'll definitely make an exception there. The chicken fajitas seem like a good option, or maybe the salmon.
