Period. As for him saying you should have a bowel movement once a day, that's not necessarily true either. The range of "normal", as I've read in a few places, can be as frequent as 3 times a day, or as infrequent as once every 3 days. Insisting on a BM every single day isn't necessarily the healthiest thing, either - some people's bodies just don't do that. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
