I can eat the soy cheeses with casein in them without any problems, as can most board members I've talked to. It is a dairy derivative, yes, but doesn't seem to be as tough on IBSers as whey. But it's a personal thing, so you'll just have to see how your body reacts. Just remember that even soy cheeses are high in fat, so use them sparingly.
