Hi everbody! Hi Sand!

Well, it's back to square one. I had a D-attack this morning. After turning C and eating the tomatoe sauce that got me going yesterday, I taught I was ok.

Yesterday I had:
Safe cereal with rice milk. A little piece of pear bread.
Pretzel. Pasta with soy sauce at lunch. Apple sauce. Rice with fish sauce and schrimps (which is usually very safe for me). Lots of tea. Did not have any major symptoms yesterday. This morning had applesauce with safe cereal and rice milk. The attack caught me totally by surprise and was around 11 am. The only thing I can think of is that the tomatoe took longer than expected to act as a trigger. It may be a sign that my tolerance to IF is a little bit better or not!

Right now, i'm at 12 grams of SFS a day. Maybe I should go to 15? I take 1/2 a Imodium every morning, cause if I take 1 I go C.

It's tough because if I stick with SF only. I get rid of the D quickly, but then go C. And then get rid of the C by introducing IF, but then start to go D. I'm a textbook IBS-A .

Any help with this balancing act? Feel like i'm living on a tightrope.
