I took it months ago and it gave me horrible bloating, pressure, fullness, gas, gas cramps, gas pains. I thought I was going to die! I'm taking Citrucel now too but it's not even sold here! It use to be. I have to order from the U.S. It costs an arm and leg too! Take care Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
