I knew it was too good to be true that McDonald's ice cream was milk-free! You might try Rice Dream ice cream. It is milk-free. It gives me D, but it might be okay for you. The good thing about it is that it doesn't contain any added sugar although it's sweet so I don't know how they manage to sweeten it. By the way, it has been so long since I had ice cream (I can't tolerate sugar so I had to give up foods with sugar in addition to foods with milk) that I don't even crave it anymore! Find me a cure for IBS and blood sugar, though, and I'll be happily into the Haagen Daas PRONTO!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
