One of my former doctors, who is severely lactose intolerant, once told me McDonald's ice cream doesn't contain any milk products. I don't know if it is true that McDonald's ice cream is milk-free, but it should be pretty easy to find out since I'm sure they would tell you. However, even if it's milk-free, be warned that it could contain other "bad" things so you would have to check on the ingredients. If you do, let us know what you find out!
