Falling off the wagon...       08/05/05 12:30 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 Well I can say that right now unfortunately this is exactly where I am I've been so bad in the last few weeks with not getting enough sleep and not eating well, and bingeing on sugar, yeah I've totally destabilized... ugh. So for me that means on on the BTC diet, strict, for a few days, and then I'll be working myself back up. Usually it doesn't take nearly as long though as the first time, imo. For less severe slipups though I don't usualy go to the BTC diet... just start eating right again and it usually goes back to normal. Honestly though, the more 'falling off the wagon' experiences I have the less possible that is, i.e. the longer I go being stable the easier it is to get back to being stable. Does that make sense?
