I learned my lesson hard. The most difficult thing for me to give up has been soda. A couple months ago, I tried a Coke for the first time in over a year. It didn't bother me, so I had another one the next day. Pretty soon I was drinking one every day, even though I knew it was bad, and it only took a couple weeks of that before I suddenly found myself with horrible D attacks... that lasted a MONTH, even after quitting the soda again. Needless to say, I won't do THAT again.
But, you know, it depends on how badly you want that treat and how bad your attacks have been in the past. Even if you got away with little cheats before, there's always a good chance that you *won't* get away with it this time.
