I am feeling "dangerous"       08/04/05 08:06 PM Edit Reply Quote Snorkie Reged: 02/15/05 Posts: 1999 Loc: Northern Illinois, USA "Dangerous" as in I am considering going to Dairy Queen this weekend and having ice cream...and it is that time of the month (TMI), so I know it would be potentially even more of a bad idea than normal. So the question part is, is it worth it? How painful will the retribution be? All I remember dairy doing to me is creating gas, but for months I haven't had more than butter now and then and the tiniest bit of cheese a couple weeks ago. I really haven't purposely fallen off the wagon yet. I've had attacks, though less & less often. I did have a pop awhile ago that bugged me, but that was sort of an experiment because I didn't think it was one of my triggers before. So, is it worth it when you eat something you KNOW is going to hurt later? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
