Hi there,

I don't think that brand names are as important, but some people prefer to buy organic meat products.
What you want to look for basically with chicken is skinless chicken breasts. If you get chicken breasts with skin, you can remove it as sometimes it is less expensive.
Boneless is also more expensive, but is the easiest to prepare and cook.
You can also turkey breasts in the same manner, or if you cook a whole bird, you can just have the breast portions for yourself and let everyone else on the rest!
You should also be able to safely have fish, white fish is really good for you and easy to prepare.

Hope this helps, good luck!
