I've never tried fennel tea before.... and now I'm mad I did not try it sooner!! That was very good.... kind of like black licorice... I left it whole and only used 1 Tbs. since this is what the bag said.... I think I put in too much honey... I'll play with it and let ya know what I think. The packaging was a silver bag.... and the label is nice too. The only thing that would be nice would be a resalable bag for storage. I just put my bag into a larger ziplock bag for now because I don't have an extra airtight container or canister to put it in.
