I think that in general, if you're talking about soy products - like soymilk, tofu, etc - it's neither SF nor IF. It's like chicken & fish that way... kinda neutral. Soy beans I would treat as IF... but that's just me. If it's something that grows (fruit, veg, legume, etc) and I'm in doubt, I treat it as an IF food until I know differently, just to be on the safe side. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
