I went health food shopping and found, what I'm hoping to be a lot of great finds, I have a question about soy, has anyone ever ate frozen soy beans shelled??? I bought a bag and my bother in law said they are delicious, and since they are already shelled would they be SF or IF??? And is soy S or IF??? What about gen soy brand soy crisps, the ingredients seem good???
Also I found tofrutti, and veganiaise. Going to give them both a try.
