I can do them cooked, but never uncooked

I'd rather die than eat an uncooked tomato. They're easier for me to digest if they're stewed. This is actually one of the first foods I realized I could not have.

Before they are cooked, the fiber is just too much for me, and I'll get D 30 minutes after tasting one. If I have a cooked one, I can usually take enough imodium to prevent myself from having an attack. Keep in mind, Everybody's Different, so what might work for some will not work for others. Other problem foods I absolutely MUST avoid are mangos, apples, asperagus and applesause. These are 100% death to my stomach.
