About 30-40 g. of soluble fiber supplement taken throughout the day, starting early in the day with Acacia and ending with Konsyl just before bed. (I'm one of those mixers of different kinds and brands of SFS.)..Keep in mind I'm a "C" so I need all the dynamite I can get. Besides "THE" diet....SFS is just 1/3 of what I personally deem necessary DAILY supplementation to stay stable, the other 1/3 is probiotics and the other 1/3 digestive enzymes...important as we get older..(sigh ) Kandee sharon
