Soluble fiber??       07/15/05 08:57 AM Edit Reply Quote jgilory Reged: 06/02/05 Posts: 18 So, I have a question, and it might seem silly...I am a lable reader, and now look at the Fiber content in foods--I know that its the total ammount of fiber--both SF and IF that is listed, but so many of the foods that are listed as safe and high in SF don't seem to have much listed in nutrition facts.
