Dairy in non-dairy cheeses (m)

I think most - maybe all - soy and rice cheeses contain trace amounts of dairy derivatives. If you're not stable yet, you might want to postpone trying them until you are - just in case.

I'm not sure about the almond cheese, which sounds very intriguing.
