SMOOTHIES!!!

When the heat is on, I EAT SMOOTHIES! I crave the fruit--the water?--I puree tons of assorted fruits and chill/ice them so that they are ready for safe consumption.

Also, I crave salad, but that's off the menu for me at the moment. What I do is eat my cooked/pureed/gourmet homemade babyfood greens--what I would have in a salad--chilled and pureed.
