Yes of course a flour tortilla is white. I would not suggest using a corn tortilla. The baby greens would be very IF and might be unsafe for people who are not stable yet. In fact this wrap is a little low on SF that is why you have to have it with SFS or a side dish as I said. I used to make cranberry muffins with it. I would not suggest ever cooking baby greens. In Heather's book she has recipes with baby greens/mesclun. But if someone was touchy with them they could be left out.
