1.I have guzzled a HUGE glass of coke mixed with corn flour as I was told this would clog me up. A few throw ups later and a REALLY sore belly not to mention way more IBS D I finally got it out of my system.
2. A close friend informed me it was NOT coke but corn flour and water and cornflour that would help clog me up. So I tried this one. A few chalky looking poo's later and some shocking nausea and I was right on back to D.
Ummmm 3. I ate nothing but banana's every day for a week and a half as I was told these would also clog me up. Apparantly it turns out i have some weird allergy to banana's and I made myself feel WAY sick not to mention an itchy mouth.
4. I guzzled almost half a packet of immodium. Well that certainly worked. In fact I started wondering if I'd ever go again or if I'd have to go to the hospital and have what was stuck inside surgically removed. Then all of a sudden I went right back to D
4. When I'm in a lot of pain I lie on my left side, don't move for hours (or until my leg is SO dead I HAVE to move or I'm worried it might have to be amputated or something equally scary) and I shallow breathe and apply pressure to my belly. Weird little ritual of mine I guess.
So nothing quite as drastic as some of your measures but I'm trying to get things to stay in not come out
