Hmmm...that's a tricky one as it depends so much on you. I find for meals that I need to stop eating as soon as I feel at all full. But then I have snacks that are from 20 calories upwards. You don't really want to get an empty tum so try not to eat more than a few hours apart.

Apple juice is difficult as it's very high in fructose and is quite acidic. I'm okay with a splash in a glass of water after SF but that's about it. Cranberry juice is supposed to be safer.

Baked beans will cause gas and possibly other symptoms. I've given up trying to eat them.

Recovery times vary per person and dependent on how severe the attack is.
