It all depends on the person. How accurate this is, I have no idea. Personally, I find that I can go 1 time to 3-4 times a day. If I feel like I've gone completely when I do go, I don't have D or C, and I don't feel uncomfortable any other time throughout the day, than I feel this is normal for me. Hope that makes sense!
