I drink lactose free skim milk every day. It's got to be better than regular milk...well I know it's not as bad for me. I cannot eat cereal because it is a morning after trigger for me. I forget if it was when I was drinking soy milk or not. I found vanilla soy milk good but gave me smelly gas, hahaha. Like too many bananas! I can't find rice products around here, like cheese or milk but I would try it if I could. I really wonder if I am lactose intolerant but I've mentioned it to my Dr. and he never wants to do any tests or anything. Everytime I hav milk products I get D and slight nausea depending how much I ate. I've been struggling lately with D again so I'm trying to make a diet and I thought these pancakes would be a start to my Saturday/ Sunday mornings maybe. Thanks for your opinions!
