organics pancake mix, is it safe?       07/10/05 08:32 PM Edit Reply Quote AerobicsAngel Reged: 03/24/05 Posts: 59 Loc: London Ontario Canada Hi all, I just bought PC (Canadian Brand) Organics pancake mix and here are the ingredients...could you tell me if this is IBS safe? *organic white flour, organic cane sugar, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate & salt. It says add eggs, milk and butter but I would use lactose free skim milk, soy butter or something and egg white. Please let me know what you think..THANKS SO MUCH:)!!
