I have been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks in the morning, always in the morning shortly after waking up. I do not sit and think about bad things, instead they seem almost indepedent of me, as if the IBS causes them.

Well, I tried Paxil for 4 weeks without any help. Today my doctor added Lorazepam, and I am having a marvelous day. I swang from the crystal chandelier at the Bank and then I got behind the meat counter at Walmart and helped beat a few slabs of beef with a hammer while singing an old tune "Yummy, yummy, yummy, Ive got love in my tummy!"

What a day!

Seriously, my doctor DID put me on this new anti-anxiety drug and it has at least today done miracles. ALL anxiety is gone. I slept 12 hours last night, and my IBS symptoms have vanished (or are in conference trying to figure out how to strike back - stupid subconscious won't just support me on this!). Any one else try this drug? I hear a lot of folks take Lexapro and don't know why I got this drug with a name that makes me want to spray it on frying pans, but it sure has made me one mellow boy. Just think!!! This is how 80% of the American people live every day, at least in the abdomenal area!

The drug has side effects, such as making hair grow out of your nose at a rate of an inch per day, but I have a scissors ready.
