YES! you put it in your food and take a sample and it tells you how much gluten is in it. Good to know about Mc Cormick! I saw this on-line as well...so we are now doubly confirmed! BUT if you buy something...like a tomato sauce...with spices it may have gluten...but I bet you already thought of that (took me a while though!) I am intolernt to gluten. The same way a person can get an IBS attack from milk...I get sick from gluten! Even a bit of it can do me in! The last part of this post I cannot comment I wish I could *hugs* Maybe Kandee will have more insight?
