Digestive Enzymes?       08/31/03 08:05 AM Edit Reply Quote till Reged: 02/11/03 Posts: 712 Has anyone tried Digestive Enzymes for less gas and bloating? I saw them in a Health Food Store's flyer. They are called Udo's Digestive Enzymes. It's capsules that are a blend of ten active plant based enzymes. It breaks down carbs, fats, proteins, sugars,resulting in less gas and bloating and it improves nutrient absorption , and increases energy levels and it reduces hunger. Would they be safe without any side effects and would it be ok to take with a IBS drug? I'm taking Dicetel. I'd love to take them since I have severe bloating, gas, fatique. Thanks.
