Hey guys. Just needed a vent. I'm having a BAD day. After being stable for the first time in my life for the last few weeks I woke up this morning with that all too familiar gurgly belly and an hour later was dashing to the loo I don't know if it was my cold (they always seem to upset the belly a little), stress I didn't know I was under, Benadryl cough mixture I've been taking for the last 4 days, the fact that I left my probiotic unrefridgerated on the bench for 1/2 an hour by accident or whether I ate something with wheat or gluten in it and didn't know about it THEN someone knocks on my door with the newspaper and tells me that my mail box is missing! I couldn't believe it so I went to look and yes, there is a brick sitting on my front lawn and no sight of my mail box! I called my landlord who informed me that it's my problem and I'll have to pay for a new one! I was really mad by this stage and couldn't believe someone had stolen my dodgy old mailbox and now I was going to have to pay for a new one! Luckily one of my daughters friends found it an hour later and it was returned to me so at least I don't have to buy a new one. I'm feeling really miserable about the attack though. I'm starting to feel like it's never going to matter what I do I'm just destined to be violently ill forever
