Is wholegrain rice ok?       07/04/05 04:09 AM Edit Reply Quote unbearable Reged: 06/10/05 Posts: 1 I have just switched to a newbrand of rice called Australia Calrose Rice. It is wholegrain rice. But it is white in color nonetheless. So is it insoluble fibre? My symtoms (diarrhea) do seem to have aggravated since I switched to this new rice. Any advice? and how do you tell white rice (which is supposed to be safe) from those rice that may trigger attacks? Thanks!!!!! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
