Yup I love steel cut oats too. Mine are just from the bulk bins at Whole Foods. Well, couple of hours later and I'm fine so crisis averted. I may just prefer to chance it with these as I think regular oats seem a bit like eating wallpaper paste for breakfast in comparison. I love whole grains and to revert to more processed foods is kind of depressing Too funny about the horse food! I used to use horse mane conditioner on my hair and I use bag balm as lip balm, so maybe I see a pattern here? Hmmm.
