On the C side, have you had a sitz marker test to check for slow transit colon (STC)? Hemms are horrible. If you've had more than one colonoscopy and they found nothing in all of them, I'd be happy with that diagnosis (did they take lots of biopsies btw) personally....but not the treatment! I'm not sure how serious the treatment for hemms can get but you obviously need something better! Oh...and you could ask your doc about having an endoscopy with a small bowel follow through.
