I am new to this site and was just reading about the "trigger foods". I have already eliminated all these foods from my diet (and then some), except that I do incorporate lots of foods high in omega-3 and -6 fatty acids, ie. avocado, almond butter, fatty fish, flaxseed oil, all kinds of seeds. I've read TONS on IBS and seen a lot of naturopaths and health practioners, and they have all stressed the importance of healthy fats to gut function. Are they all wrong?
