I get sort of like that too. In fact just Saturday I had a bad but short pain spell in my gut. That afternoon I was crabby, lightheaded (or dumbheaded really) and felt all over icky (like getting sick). I get that from time to time with a bad painful spell. I also occassionally get something else similar. This starts in the morning, out of the blue, I feel like I am hungover (never been but I think that is what I feel like) and I get icky all over, dizzy, sort of nauseated and that kind of thing. It goes away by dinnertime. I haven't had this for some time since starting the diet plan. I really do feel these symptoms are IBS related although not suffered by many IBSers. I don't get depression from IBS though at all. I hope this helps.
