I mixed it in orange juice or applesauce. I'd let it sit a few minutes and that would help with the "powdery" taste. I took one pack once a day (although I was supposed to take it twice). I had to go off of it because it aggravated my IBS symptoms pretty badly, so I don't take it anymore. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
