I'm trying to get in more fiber foods, and just slowly started a fiber supplement back, so we'll see. I was asking because in the side effects it says it can cause D in the beginning...I'm just not sure if I'm still in the "beginning" or because of the lack of fiber, etc. I'm sure it will get better once I get my fiber dosage back up. Thanks Kristen! The diet sucks, its hard, but I already feel better. Not so shaky and starving by the end of the day. Still have some bloating a bit, but not quite as bad. I still have things I tend to overeat, but I think if I keep that to a minimum, or at least rare, I should be okay. How are you doing?
