I'm thinking that the immodium is not my friend either. This morning I cut back to just one citrucil....and will take one more before dinner and see how that goes. I did not really feel like eating at lunch today...I'm kind of feeling bloated and achy. I did eat a half of a ff pita pocket w/smoked turkey breast from the deli with nothing else on it with a small bottle of water. Then about 30 mins later I ate a ripe, cold peeled pear (YUMMY).... I'll try chicken breast & white rice for dinner.... do you think that adding a chopped cooked green pepper to the mix would hurt??
