Canada I have found the pill doesn't cause me any extra problems. I was on it for 7 years and did get attacks every now and then. Well since I have gone off the pill (for 3 months now) I still get attacks. They are no less frequent or severe so I really don't agree with the pill being a trigger. Atleast for myself anyway. I have never had any trouble. And remember "D" is a symptom of alot of pills anyway so don't assume that it's your IBS right away.
