I am too on the pill and have been on MANY kinds, for the last 14 years, to get it right. I have severe endometriosis and have horrible periods. I am currently on a pill called Mircette. I like it a lot. My suggestion is to start with the lower dose/mini-pills first and see how you do on them. You can always work your way up to something stronger later if needed. Different pills, in my experience, can effect your moods and IBS in different ways. I would stay away from Depo and only use it as a last resort. There was recently a few postings on Depo.
