hey jess--
sorry to hear about your new ibs problem

when im wanting to, or am eating "normal sized meals"[smaller then most but i consider it normal b/c thats all i can stomach], i take extra-long in preparing it. if i make the meal look and seem "complete", i dont feel as hungry afterwards. my stomach still has room, but its good room. im not so good about following my own routines but when i need to fix my stomach, thats what i do. it takes a few days though. good luck!
