My doctor said to just eat tiny meals through the day because I get REALLY full and bloated when I eat. Anyone else have suggestions...how about when to take fiber because of this? I am currently on miralax and zelnorm and just started one dose of some fiber today. This is going to be a HUGE life adjustment for me, not eating "normal" amounts of foods. Is it hard? I'm sure it will take me awhile to get on a rountine.
