I know you said in one of your other posts that he has put you on an A-D and said it might take a while to work, but going to the toilet every 30 minutes for 10 minutes at a time in screaming agony sounds like it needs immediate medical attention. If nothing else, he should be able to prescribe something to help the pain and hopefully shut down the constant BMs, like Tylenol with codeine.
